An increasing number of people are affected by heart disease, cholesterol issues, diabetes, stress, anxiety and digestive problems. Medications may not be as effective or no longer working, leaving individuals seeking other treatments to remedy their issues.
Taking medication merely suppresses symptoms - that's why it is essential to identify the true cause of any underlying health concerns and take action. It is vital for individuals to take an active role in managing their health and wellness from the food they consume.
My Journey
Exploring Holistic Nutrition I began to fill my body with foods, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and herbs that helped my body to function optimally. I learned that eating the right food, incorporating stress relieving techniques, and making lifestyle changes can not only prevent health complications but can also increase energy levels, improves moods, and reduces stress.
Over the last several years, I made diet and lifestyle changes that have significantly improved my overall well-being. The result has been a decrease in IBS symptoms, anxiety, and stress levels and an increase in my energy levels and ability to sleep better.
